Alan Bush is a Houston mediator who describes himself as far from passive: it is your case, but you don’t need a number-passer, and he stays actively engaged at the right times and in the right ways. Through Bush Mediation he handles business, construction, employment, non-compete and trade-secret, personal injury, real property, partnership, and fiduciary-duty disputes, over Zoom or in person at neutral venues across Houston. He was selected to the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers list for Alternative Dispute Resolution. His bar leadership runs deep: Council Member of the State Bar of Texas ADR Section and a member of its CLE Committee (2026–2028), Secretary of the Houston Bar Association’s ADR Section, a council member of its Labor & Employment Section, and two-term President of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
