Mediating since ADR first took hold in Texas courts in the 1980s, Dan Pozza has resolved more than 3,000 mediations spanning personal injury, medical malpractice, construction, and complex commercial disputes. He is triple board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — civil trial law, civil appellate law, and personal injury trial law — a distinction held by only a handful of Texas attorneys, and he maintains an active appellate practice from downtown San Antonio.
