Florita Ray-Welsh is a Kingwood-based family law mediator and the attorney behind Welsh Law, PLLC. A South Texas College of Law graduate licensed in Texas since 2011, she came to mediation from family law litigation, and her parents, who once asked why she had to argue about everything, now call her “the negotiator.” Her strength at the table is what she calls finding the grey in the middle: letting every party be heard, then locating the ground where the case resolves.
