Before founding Rose Resolution Group in Austin, Hon. Jeff Rose (Ret.) spent twelve years on the Texas bench, serving as a district judge and as Chief Justice of the Third Court of Appeals. A Vanderbilt Law graduate who is board certified in civil trial law, he turned to full-time neutral work in 2021 and has since handled roughly 300 mediations and more than 50 arbitrations, holding the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association's Distinguished Credentialed Mediator designation.
