John B. Shipp opened his full-time dispute resolution practice, Shipp ADR, PLLC, in 2013 and has since conducted roughly 1,800 mediations. Licensed in 1995 and a Texas Tech School of Law graduate, he focuses on commercial and business litigation, healthcare, employment, real estate, oil and gas, construction, and insurance coverage disputes, and has been named a Texas Super Lawyer in ADR every year since 2011.
