Steve Nelson is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has mediated more than 2,000 construction, construction-defect, surety, and design-professional disputes since 1990. A 1976 SMU School of Law graduate, he is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, and leads a dedicated construction ADR practice serving parties nationwide.
