Get listed where Texas lawyers already look.
The Mediator Master List is where attorneys compare mediators and — more importantly — see who actually has a date open. A listing pairs an original professional profile with a live availability calendar parsed straight from your existing calendar. When a lawyer sees your open Tuesday, the next step is a phone call to your office. No per-booking fees, ever.
Preview your live calendar
This works with all of the major calendar services — Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and Apple iCloud. You share a read-only link to your calendar; our engine checks it every hour and reads just three things about each entry: the date, the time, and whether you’re busy. A busy event covering two or more hours of your morning (9 AM–1 PM) blocks the morning; the same in your afternoon (1 PM–5 PM) blocks the afternoon; both blocked shows Booked. Short items — a call, a lunch — block nothing.
Your feed is read on the fly, over an encrypted connection, and nothing is stored in this preview. Event names, parties, and details are never extracted or displayed — only dates, times, and busy status. Read exactly how we protect confidential calendars →

Confidentiality & Security
This platform is built by lawyers, for lawyers. We know what a mediator’s calendar can contain: the names of parties whose disputes are protected by mediation confidentiality under Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code §154.073, by Standard V of the ABA Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators, and, for attorney-mediators, by Texas Disciplinary Rule 1.05. We built this system around those duties. Calendar data is handled with fully HIPAA-compliant security: encrypted in transit, scrubbed at parsing, never retained. The only thing ever exposed to the public is when you’re available. Nothing else.
Your calendar link itself is treated as a credential. It is stored securely, never published, and never shared. Read the full privacy walkthrough →
