Hunter Shurtleff brings more than 30 years of Texas trial experience to the mediation table. Litigating since 1995, he has represented a vast range of clients — small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and individuals — and has sat at counsel table in hundreds of mediations on both the plaintiff and defense side of personal injury, business, construction, and real estate disputes. He counsels corporations, partnerships, construction companies, oil and gas operators, restaurant and retail owners, and real estate holders, and is a firm believer that resolution before trial is the best outcome in almost every case.
