A former Texas District Judge, Susan Soussan has conducted more than 7,000 mediations and several hundred arbitrations since 1990 through Susan S. Soussan, P.C. in Houston. Licensed in 1977 with a J.D. from the University of Houston, she is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and of the International Academy of Mediators.
